Infrastructure Manager | Digital Workplace & Enterprise Infrastructure
About the role
We are partnering with a leading multinational enterprise seeking an experienced Infrastructure Manager to lead enterprise infrastructure initiatives, workplace technology transformation, and IT operations excellence across a regional environment.
This is a highly visible leadership role responsible for driving infrastructure modernisation, end-user computing strategy, service improvement, and cross-functional project delivery while managing a team of infrastructure professionals.
Key responsibilities
Lead enterprise IT infrastructure and digital workplace projects from planning through implementation
Drive continuous improvement of IT operations, service delivery, and ITSM processes
Manage endpoint and workplace technologies including Windows, Intune, MECM, Autopilot, Microsoft 365, and virtual desktop environments
Partner with business stakeholders, technology teams, and vendors to deliver scalable and secure infrastructure solutions
Oversee infrastructure governance, change management, risk management, and operational readiness
Collaborate closely with cybersecurity teams to ensure infrastructure compliance, patch management, and security best practices
Mentor and develop infrastructure engineers while fostering a high-performance team culture
Manage project budgets, timelines, vendor performance, and executive reporting
About you
Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline
8+ years of infrastructure, workplace technology, or IT operations experience
Proven people management experience leading technical teams
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Intune, MECM, Autopilot, Windows enterprise environments, and Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI)
Strong knowledge of ITSM frameworks and operational governance
Experience delivering enterprise-scale infrastructure transformation projects
PMP, ITIL, or related certifications are advantageous
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
