As an Infrastructure Manager, you'll be responsible for supporting and maintaining our technical infrastructure — domains, servers, and access — and bringing structure to infrastructure-related processes. You'll act as the connection point between infrastructure and other services across the company. You will work closely with the development, email marketing, and operations teams and report to the Technical Project Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and manage domains, servers, and access
- Take part in new process setup, including the hands-on execution part
- Monitor infrastructure performance, uptime, and limits
- Handle basic infrastructure tasks: backups, configurations, setup
- Track infrastructure assets — servers, domains, accounts
- Maintain and update documentation and internal processes
- Coordinate with development, marketing, and ops teams
- Research providers and support cost optimization
- Ensure tasks are completed clearly, on time, and without gaps
Requirements:
- Basic understanding of infrastructure: servers, domains, hosting
- Experience in a technical or operational role (Support / SysAdmin / DevOps / PM)
- Strong organizational and process-oriented mindset
- Good communication skills and the ability to work with multiple teams
- Confident with Google Sheets / Excel
- English level: B1+
Nice to have:
- Experience with cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Experience with WordPress / DNS / hosting providers
- Basic scripting or automation experience
- Experience with ESP / CRM infrastructures
- Genuine interest in growing towards infrastructure or DevOps
