Summary
Leads infrastructure upgrade and migration programs — middleware (WebLogic, WebSphere, JBoss, Tomcat, IIS), Windows/Linux OS, database, and VMware/Nutanix work — plus application migrations across on-prem, private, and public cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), while managing a team of 7-8 engineers.

Role & responsibilities
Key Requirements / Experience:
Lead infrastructure upgrade projects involving managed applications, covering servers, operating systems, databases, and cloud services.
Lead application migration projects across on-premises, private cloud, and public cloud environments.
Lead and manage a team of 7-8 members.
Extensive experience in large-scale application version upgrade projects.
Strong expertise in middleware upgrades, including:
oWebLogic
oWebSphere
oJBoss
oTomcat
oIIS
Experience driving Windows and Linux OS upgrade programs.
Proven experience in cloud migration and application modernization initiatives across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
Experience in VMware and Nutanix infrastructure transformation projects.
Database upgrade and migration project experience.
Data center migration and infrastructure consolidation program experience.
Enterprise security remediation and vulnerability management program experience.
CI/CD implementation and DevOps transformation initiatives.
