As a Network Engineer you’ll work closely with project managers, business analysts, solutions architects, and IT managers to design, implement, and configure network solutions for both internal and external clients. You’ll play an integral role cross-collaborating across multiple technical disciplines to ensure that sound solutions are delivered on schedule and that those solutions align with the business and IT strategy.

We need someone who can:

• Design and implement new network solutions and improve the efficiency of current networks

• Install, configure, and support various network devices and services (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPN, QoS)
• Provide escalation support and troubleshooting to resolve networking issues
• Maximize network performance through ongoing monitoring and troubleshooting
• Investigate faults in the network
• Work within configuration and change management policy to ensure awareness, approval and success of changes made to the networking infrastructure
• Perform network maintenance and system upgrades (service packs, patches, and security configurations)

Basic Qualifications for Consideration:

A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required. Degrees in the following subjects will be considered:

• Computer science
• Computer software/computer systems engineering
• Computer systems and networks
• Electrical/electronic engineering
• Mathematics
• Network security management
• Physics

Minimum of 10 years’ experience and understanding of large scale infrastructure deployments in enterprise-wide environments required

Minimum of 10 years’ experience of designing, implementing, and configuring large scale network solutions

Solid, fundamental understanding of networking protocols (BGP, OSPF, HSRP, IPSEC, QoS)

Deep understanding of the OSI model

CCNA Required

Preferred Qualifications For Consideration:

Cisco CCSP

Experience with NSX Firewall

SD WAN experience

Certifications in Azure or AWS is highly desirable

Agile process experience

In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation or sick time. For Colorado considerations only the estimated salary range is $92,040 minimum - $ 104,000 midpoint.
