Infrastructure Program Manager

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead infrastructure programs including cloud migrations, data center migrations, Zero Trust deployments, telecom transformations, and security initiatives.
• Manage program roadmaps, budgets, resources, timelines, risks, and dependencies across multiple workstreams.
• Leverage AI-powered tools for forecasting, reporting, risk analysis, and decision-making.
• Drive governance, KPI tracking, RAID management, change control, and process optimization.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure, Security, Compliance, Engineering, and Business teams globally.
• Ensure compliance with security, privacy, audit, and enterprise governance standards.
• Provide executive-level reporting and stakeholder communication.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors or masters degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure project management, including 3+ years in program management.
• Strong expertise in risk management, dependency tracking, and resource allocation.
• Solid understanding of AI-assisted project management concepts (predictive planning, automation, analytics).
• Strong knowledge of ITIL 4 and PMP standards.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams in matrixed organizations.
• Hands-on experience with cloud migrations and hybrid infrastructure environments.
