The Job:
- Support the planning, execution, and implementation of infrastructure-related projects
- Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables
- Monitor project progress and proactively identify risks, issues, and mitigation plans
- Act as the key project coordination point between internal teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors.
- Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and status reviews
- Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and presentations for management updates.
- Maintain project documentation, including project plans, meeting minutes, risk logs, and change records
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Management, Project Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in IT infrastructure project management or project coordination.
- Experience delivering infrastructure, workplace technology, network, security, or cloud-related projects
