Infrastructure Project Manager

We are seeking an Infrastructure Project Manager to deliver network and infrastructure initiatives for trading technology.

You will lead multiple workstreams across connectivity, exchange environments and platform resilience, partnering with engineers, vendors and stakeholders to plan delivery, manage risk and transition solutions into production support.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a portfolio of infrastructure and connectivity initiatives from planning through delivery
  • Build delivery roadmaps, execution plans and governance cadence aligned to business priorities
  • Partner with network and infrastructure engineers to define technical approach and delivery scope
  • Coordinate delivery of servers, network hardware, connectivity components and supporting services
  • Manage dependencies, risks, issue resolution, status reporting and stakeholder communications
  • Act as the delivery interface across internal teams, vendors, exchanges, clients and third parties
  • Drive operational readiness and ensure smooth handover to production support teams
  • Identify process gaps and improve delivery practices that strengthen stability and resilience

Requirements

  • Proven experience delivering complex infrastructure programs in enterprise environments
  • Strong knowledge of network architecture, design principles and infrastructure delivery
  • Ability to interpret and review network diagrams, solution designs and technical documentation
  • Knowledge of Linux environments and core networking technologies
  • Experience delivering highly available and resilient platforms with engineering teams
  • Experience delivering resilient platforms with engineering teams, backed by strong stakeholder influence, risk/dependency management, and problem-solving skills
  • Fluent English and business-level Japanese (N2+)

  • Financial Infrastructure Delivery: Experience delivering high-performance, low-latency infrastructure and co-location buildouts within global banking, investment banking, or financial market environments
  • Trading Systems & Operations: Strong understanding of electronic trading platforms, exchange connectivity, market data, and the associated security, risk, and resilience requirements
