• Location: Melbourne CBD (Hybrid – 3 days onsite per week)
• Salary: $140,000 – $150,000 pkg (Inc. Super)
• Contract: 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract

• Baseline Security Clearance required (or ability to acquire as Australian citizen)

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Project Manager for a 12-month fixed-term contract based in the Melbourne CBD. In this role, you will lead end-to-end delivery of key infrastructure initiatives across both Waterfall and Agile environments, managing projects across Fixed Price and Time & Material (T&M) delivery models in a flexible hybrid arrangement.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor IT infrastructure projects from inception through to completion.
• Manage project delivery models including Fixed Price and Time & Material contracts.
• Drive project schedules, scope, risk, and resource management using hybrid (Waterfall & Agile) frameworks.
• Engage with stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional technical teams to ensure seamless delivery.
• Maintain program and portfolio tracking using PPPM platforms and project management tools.

Skills & Experience

• Technical Experience: Strong background delivering complex IT Infrastructure projects.
• Security Clearance: Must hold an active AGSVA Baseline Clearance, or be an Australian Citizen eligible and willing to obtain and maintain one.
• Methodologies: Proven track record applying both Waterfall and Agile delivery frameworks.
• Software Tools: High proficiency with Microsoft Project and Office 365. Experience with PPPM platforms (Dynamics 365 preferred) is highly advantageous.
• Commercial Expertise: Hands-on experience delivering both Fixed Price and Time & Material projects.
• Workplace Preference: Ability to work on-site in Melbourne CBD 3 days per week.
