Senior Infrastructure Project Manager – Transformation & M&A

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional infrastructure transformation projects across an international and multi-entity environment.

Reporting closely to the Program Director, the role will initially focus on business/IT integrations, carve-outs, infrastructure transitions, and the Asia Service Desk transition, with responsibility for ensuring projects are delivered within agreed timelines, budgets, scope, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end infrastructure projects, including scoping, planning, budgeting, risk management, milestones, cutovers, deployments, knowledge transfer, and acceptance.
  • Lead infrastructure activities for integration and carve-out projects, including the technical onboarding and separation of business entities.
  • Manage the Asia Service Desk transition and support related RFP/tender activities.
  • Coordinate infrastructure projects across network, cloud, workplace/end-user computing, and migration environments.
  • Manage and coordinate MSPs, system integrators, vendors, and technology partners, ensuring delivery against agreed scope and performance expectations.
  • Challenge technical solutions and vendor deliverables where required and facilitate technical decision-making.
  • Coordinate with global and regional IT stakeholders across EMEA, Americas, and Asia.
  • Provide structured project reporting, including budgets, risks, dependencies, milestones, dashboards, and project status to the Program Director and governance committees.
  • Ensure smooth project transitions into operational/run environments.

Requirements

  • 8–12 years of experience in IT Infrastructure Project Management, preferably within international and multi-geographical environments.
  • Proven experience managing infrastructure transformation, transition, migration, and PMO projects.
  • Strong knowledge of infrastructure environments including Network, Cloud, Workplace/EUC, Workstations, and Infrastructure Migrations.
  • Experience managing MSPs, system integrators, vendors, and outsourced service providers.
  • Good understanding of ITSM, ServiceNow, and managed service/run operating models.
  • Strong project governance capabilities covering planning, budgeting, risk management, reporting, and stakeholder management.
  • Strong technical understanding with the ability to assess and challenge infrastructure solutions and vendor deliverables.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, including preparation of project plans, meeting minutes, procedures, and management reports.
  • Ability to operate independently and influence senior stakeholders across multicultural and multi-entity environments.

Good to Have

  • Experience supporting M&A, integration, divestment, or carve-out programmes.
  • Experience managing Service Desk transitions and RFP/tender exercises.
  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
