We're Hiring: Infrastructure Section Manager | Government Sector | Ajman, UAE

Talent Tide is recruiting on behalf of a government department in Ajman for an Infrastructure Section Manager to lead its digital infrastructure and support its digital transformation journey.

Location: Ajman, UAE (office-based)
Sector: Government, Financial Systems Technology Department
Reports to: Director of Financial Systems Technology

What you'll lead:
Planning, operation, and development of the entity's digital infrastructure: networks, servers, operating systems, databases, and technical platforms
Information security and cybersecurity, protecting infrastructure and digital assets in line with institutional standards
Backup, recovery, business continuity (BCP/BIA), and disaster recovery plans, including periodic readiness testing
Technical support services, making sure requests and incidents are resolved within approved SLAs
Management of the website, internal portal, and digital platforms
IT asset, license, and contract management for the best use of technical resources
Performance monitoring, KPIs, risk registers, and improvement initiatives
Leading, guiding, and developing the section's team, and working with government entities and technology partners

What we're looking for:
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, or equivalent
At least 4 years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure
Hands-on knowledge of networks, servers, databases, cybersecurity, and DR/BCP
Proven leadership and team supervision
Strong communication, results focus, and a forward-looking mindset
Government or public-sector experience is a strong advantage
