Infrastructure & Security Engineer

Our platform connects scattered business data into one living model of the organisation. It can run inside the customer’s own environment or in a secure sovereign cloud.

THE ROLE
We are looking for our first dedicated Infrastructure & Security Engineer. You will make sure our software can be installed, run and audited safely on customer premises, in private clouds and in our own cloud environments.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Design, automate and maintain deployments with Linux, Docker, Kubernetes and infrastructure-as-code.
• Install and support our platform in customer data centres, including restricted and offline (air-gapped) environments.
• Set up identity and access control: SSO, LDAP / Active Directory / Entra ID, role-based permissions and audit logging.
• Manage encryption, secrets, certificates, network segmentation and firewall rules.
• Build monitoring, alerting, backup and disaster-recovery procedures, and test them regularly.
• Run vulnerability scanning and patching, and respond to security incidents.
• Prepare security documentation and answer customer security questionnaires, audits and tender requirements.
• Help the company move toward ISO 27001 and comply with Taiwan’s Cyber Security Management Act (資通安全管理法) and Personal Data Protection Act (個資法).
• Support GPU servers that run on-premises AI models.

WORKING ARRANGEMENT AND BENEFITS

• You must be physically based in Taiwan. Tainan is the primary work location, with a flexible hybrid arrangement.
