Infrastructure Service Operations Analyst

REQUIREMENTS:

• Extensive experience working in a desktop and infrastructure team.
• Experience of working in a regulated environment.
• Solid background in managing MS Windows environments as 2nd level support.
• Day-to-day experience in configuring and troubleshooting endpoint clients.
• Experience in vulnerability management and security incident response on relevant platforms.

Knowledge, Technical Skills and Expertise

• Windows Server and workstation platforms.
• Microsoft Active Directory and supporting services (DNS, DHCP, GPO, DFS, etc.).
• Microsoft Certificate Services (PKI infrastructure and certificate management).
• M365, O365, Intune product suites.
• System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM).
• Ivanti endpoint management.
• PowerShell scripting (platform management and process automation).
• Citrix XenApp and VDI.
• NetBackup operations, hardware appliance management and tape libraries.
• VMware vSphere, ESX, vCenter.
• Hardware knowledge of Wintel servers and SAN.
• Good knowledge of LAN/WAN networking, switching, routing and link aggregations.
