Job Title: Infrastructure Solution Architect
Job Type: B2B Contract
Location: Fully Remote
Duration: 6 months initial contract + extension
Travel required: Potential travel to customer locations worldwide.
We are seeking a highly skilled Infrastructure Solution Architect with at least 10 years of experience in infrastructure migration, covering various projects such as carve-in/carve-out, greenfield initiatives, as well as transition and transformation efforts. This role requires a strong understanding of the entire infrastructure landscape, particularly in cloud environments and the ability to oversee significant migration projects effectively.
Main Responsibilities:
The Infrastructure Solution Architect will be responsible for overseeing the architectural design and implementation of infrastructure changes.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of cloud infrastructure, particularly Azure and OCI.
- Design and implement site networks, data center networks, and cloud networks.
- Manage platform components including data centers, Active Directory, and IaaS technologies.
- Oversee IT site management practices to ensure efficient operations.
- Produce thorough documentation for all infrastructure changes and migrations.
- Coordinate collaboration among teams of technical architects and subject matter experts.
- Craft persuasive business cases, project plans, and conduct vendor discussions.
- Deliver effective business presentations to stakeholders.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in infrastructure migration.
- Expertise in cloud solutions, specifically Azure and OCI.
- Strong knowledge of network design including DC, site, and cloud networks.
- Proficiency in platform management covering data centers, Active Directory, and IaaS.
- Excellent documentation skills.
- Ability to lead and coordinate teams of technical experts.
- Experience in developing business plans and project documentation.

Other Details:
This is a remote position with potential global travel for customer engagements. The initial contract is for six months, with the possibility of extension depending on project requirements. Ideal candidates will possess a robust understanding of infrastructure strategy and implementation.
