Right now, we are looking for an Infrastructure Solutions Architect (GenAI) for a client on our Talent Team.

Your responsibilities include:

Design and implement scalable, resilient infrastructure solutions across cloud and hybrid environments (Azure, AWS, GCP).

Define architecture standards, ensuring alignment with business goals and enterprise guidelines.

Lead the design of cloud-native architectures using microservices, containers, and event-driven patterns.

Implement and manage Kubernetes-based platforms (AKS, EKS, GKE) and container orchestration.

Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps practices for modern application delivery.

Integrate systems through APIs, messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ), and enterprise integration patterns.

Ensure high levels of security, observability, availability, and performance across platforms.

Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.

Support and guide teams in adopting modern architecture practices and emerging technologies.

Contribute to the introduction and integration of Generative AI solutions (LLMs, AI services) into enterprise architectures.

Work closely with AI/data teams to ensure infrastructure readiness for AI/GenAI workloads (scalability, storage, compute).

Explore and implement patterns such as API-based AI integration, prompt orchestration, and AI-enabled services.

You must have:

8+ years of experience in IT, with strong experience as a Solution or Infrastructure Architect.
Proven experience designing and delivering cloud-based architectures (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
Strong background in microservices, distributed systems, and event-driven architectures.
Hands-on experience with containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, and infrastructure automation.
Strong knowledge of APIs, integration patterns, and backend services.
Experience with observability tools (monitoring, logging, tracing).
Knowledge of security best practices (OAuth2, JWT, identity, DevSecOps).
Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, Python, or Go.
Exposure to Generative AI concepts (LLMs, embeddings, AI services) or strong interest in developing skills in this area.

We value:

Experience with Azure AI, OpenAI, or similar AI/ML platforms.
Understanding of GenAI concepts such as prompt engineering, embeddings, and RAG.
Experience integrating AI capabilities into enterprise systems.
Knowledge of service mesh (Istio) and advanced Kubernetes patterns.
Experience with API gateways and integration platforms.
Familiarity with MLOps/LLMOps practices.
