Job Summary

Looking for an Infrastructure Support Engineer with expertise in cloud-based Windows/Linux server administration, IT infrastructure support, incident management, and security compliance. Strong background in system maintenance, capacity planning, infrastructure upgrades, and ensuring high availability of business-critical systems.

Mandatory Skill-set

  • Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field;
  • Must have 6 years of experience in IT infrastructure support and maintenance;
  • Must have 3 years of experience managing Microsoft Windows and/or Red Hat Linux servers in a cloud environment;
  • Strong knowledge of server, database, network, and cybersecurity best practices;
  • Must have hands-on experience with AWS cloud services;
  • Experience in incident management, service recovery, and escalation handling;
  • Experience in infrastructure/database capacity planning, system upgrades, and lifecycle management;
  • Familiarity with security reviews, audits, compliance, and disaster recovery planning;
  • Ability to support infrastructure projects, technology evaluations, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Desired Skill-set

  • Strong enterprise infrastructure operations, governance, and IT service management experience;
  • Exposure to security, IAM, audits, disaster recovery, and project/vendor management.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain cloud-based Windows/Linux infrastructure, ensuring availability, performance, and security;
  • Oversee IT operations, service management processes, incident resolution, and vendor/service provider governance;
  • Conduct security reviews, audits, capacity planning, system upgrades, backup/recovery, and disaster recovery activities;
  • Support infrastructure projects, technology improvements, and ensure compliance with organizational policies and standards.
