Infrastructure Support Engineer (12 Months Contract)

🟢Position: 12 months contract

🟢Mon to Fri 8.30am to 6.00pm

🟢Location: Bukit Merah

Job Summary:
Responsible for daily infrastructure operations, maintenance, and performance monitoring. Provides technical support, troubleshooting, and ensures system reliability. Required to work on standby, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.

Key Duties:

• Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure performance and system availability.
• Perform routine maintenance, configuration, and minor repairs on hardware and software.
• Assist with system testing, upgrades, and deployment of new infrastructure.
• Act as first point of contact for infrastructure incidents; troubleshoot and escalate when needed.
• Document issues, resolutions, and update maintenance procedures.
• Track service performance and support continuous process improvement.

Requirement:

• At least Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, with 2-3 years in deploying and maintain Server and Backup in Windows and Linux environment.
• Experienced with Microsoft Server, SQL Server.
• Experienced with Virtualisation (VMware and Microsoft Hyper-V).
• Experienced with End User Computing.
• Experienced in Cyber Security such as discover vulnerabilities.
