Our client is a Global Market Making firm that is looking for an On-Desk Support/ Infrastructure Specialist.

What You’ll Do

On‑Desk Support

  1. Set up, configure, and maintain Windows desktop environments.
  2. Provide hands‑on support for hardware/software, security patches, and system health monitoring.
  3. Be the first point of contact for help desk queries, offering solutions and escalating when needed.
  4. Support general office facilities and ensure smooth day‑to‑day IT operations.
  5. Manage user accounts and continuously improve IT systems in your area of responsibility.

Local Data Center

  1. Oversee both local office and Singapore Data Centre operations.
  2. Handle deliveries, patch cables, install servers, and manage inventory in line with global standards.

IT Infrastructure

  1. Maintain accurate inventory of all hardware and software.
What We’re Looking For
  1. 3–5 years of relevant IT support or infrastructure experience.
  2. Strong customer focus with a passion for problem‑solving.
  3. Ability to juggle multiple projects and issues simultaneously.
  4. Hands‑on experience with Windows 7/10 and Microsoft Office.
  5. Calm under pressure, especially during critical situations.
  6. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  7. Clear communicator, team player, and fluent in English (spoken and written).
  8. Previous data center experience is a strong plus.
