Infrastructure/ System Storage Engineer Manager - in house

Salary: $80,000 – $95,000 per month

Our client is seeking for an experienced Systems & Storage Engineer Lead/ Manager to join their global team. You will be responsible for the design, implementation, administration, and support of enterprise infrastructure across Windows, VMware, Microsoft Azure, storage, backup, and cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain Windows Server, VMware, Active Directory, Azure, and Entra ID environments.

• Administer enterprise SAN/NAS storage, Fibre Channel fabrics, and data protection solutions.

• Manage backup, recovery, replication, and disaster recovery services.

• Troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues and drive root cause resolution.

• Deliver infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and technology refresh projects.

• Monitor system health, security, performance, and capacity.

• Support business continuity and disaster recovery testing.

• Maintain technical documentation and follow ITIL change and incident management processes.

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience

• Certificate holder of Microsoft Azure Administrator or Solutions Architect VMware VCP, NetApp NCDA/NCSE or ITIL v4 is preferred

• Strong experience with Windows Server (2019/2022/2025) and VMware vSphere.

• Expertise in Microsoft Azure, Entra ID, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.

• Hands-on experience with SAN/NAS storage, preferably NetApp ONTAP.

• Knowledge of Brocade Fibre Channel fabrics and storage networking.

• Experience with enterprise backup and recovery solutions, ideally Commvault.

• Strong troubleshooting skills across server, storage, virtualisation, and cloud platforms.

• Experience with scripting and automation using PowerShell and/or Terraform.

• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Intune, and Conditional Access.

• Familiarity with ITIL processes and enterprise infrastructure operations.

• Good command of Chinese and English
