AdventHealth will bring a 60-acre health and wellness campus to Lake Nona in late 2026. This location will offer medical innovations on a campus designed around whole person health with comprehensive services, destination lifestyle programs, and much more that will shape the next generation of health care.
We are proud to be a part of the growing Lake Nona community with an established comprehensive network of care. Our services include emergency services, urgent care, a wide range of medical specialists (including primary care), lab, imaging, orthopedics, sports medicine and rehabilitation.

Shift: Days
Maintains patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
Develops and implements strategies to expand services and increase patient volume. Identifies opportunities for new treatments and therapies.
Monitors and manages the center's budget to ensure cost-effective operations. Analyzes financial reports to track revenue, expenses, and profitability. Negotiates contracts with suppliers and insurance companies.
Ensures accurate billing and coding for services provided. Oversees the scheduling of patient appointments and staff shifts.
Ensures the availability of necessary medical supplies and equipment. Maintains a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.
Provides ongoing training and development opportunities for staff. Ensures patient check-in/check-out procedures are efficient and accurate. Other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Proficient in time management with superior prioritization skills. [Required]
Mature judgement in dealing with patients, physicians, and clinical staff. [Required]
Knowledge of registration, scheduling and financial tasks and systems. [Required]
Ability to manage diverse personalities. [Required]
Ability to communicate professionally, both verbally and nonverbally, and utilize effective listening and questioning techniques. [Required]
Ability to follow complex instructions and procedures, with a close attention to detail. [Required]

Proficient in Microsoft Office products and performance of basic math functions, capability of communicating effectively and professionally with our patients, physicians, and family members. [Required]
Education:
Bachelor's [Preferred]
Field of Study:
in Business, Healthcare, Health Services Administration, or related field. (Health information management, communications, finance, accounting, public administration, human resources, management, or marketing).
Work Experience:
2+ years of oncology experience [Preferred]
5+ years exprience [Required]
5+ years of experience (including two years supervisory experience) in patient access/patient financial services department or related area (registration, finance, collections, customer service, medical office, or contract management). [Required]
Previous leadership experience in healthcare or related field [Preferred]

$60,257.60 - $112,070.40Background Screening Requirement (Florida Law)
