Infusion Nurse Practitioner (Float)

Sage Infusion is looking for a patient-focused Infusion Nurse Practitioner to join a rising healthcare team. This is a full-time FLOAT position that will be based in Tampa Bay West (St. Pete, Clearwater, Trinity). As a retail infusion center managed exclusively by NP, you will be the key provider responsible for Infusion medical treatment, response management, and post care for patients after receiving a physician order. In addition, the Infusion NP will administer and monitor patients in our premises during treatment and provide the necessary education on treatment regimen, condition management, and treatment side-effects when appropriate. The Infusion NP is an integral member of a multi-disciplinary team and will work closely with other staff.
