Ingeniero de Procesos

As a Process Engineer, you will be responsible for:

Partnering with site leadership to drive continuous improvement through statistical tools
Identifying and analyzing production problems to control and improve manufacturing processes
Optimizing product quality and reducing variation in coating line productivity
Supporting new product development and material changes in collaboration with Marketing and R&D teams
Developing and implementing control strategies for sustaining improvement projects
Managing safety, quality, cost, and process improvement initiatives
Conducting process evaluations, including trials and capability studies
Implementing new equipment and operating procedures
Mentoring team members and developing technical training programs
Contributing to long-term strategic planning and business metrics analysis

What we will be looking for in you:

Essential:

Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
1+ years of related business, operations, or lean experience (preferably in technical or manufacturing)
Strong leadership and project management skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to lead change and drive continuous improvement
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Platform, and function-specific software
