Yinlun is looking for a Process Engineer to join our team in Ciénega de Flores, Nuevo León.

We are looking for a hands-on engineering professional with manufacturing experience, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work directly with production processes and equipment.

?? Main Responsibilities & Experience:

• Process and manufacturing engineering

• Creation and maintenance of Work Instructions (WI)

• Development and management of Parameter Sheets

• Implementation and follow-up of Standardized Work

• Problem-solving and root cause analysis

• Process Flow Diagram development

• Hands-on knowledge of manufacturing machinery and equipment

• Application of Core Tools

?? Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in process/manufacturing engineering

• Experience working directly with manufacturing processes and production equipment

• Conversational English

• Knowledge and practical application of Core Tools

• Analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

• Availability to work in Ciénega de Flores, Nuevo León
