Inhouse Painter
Summary
Performs interior and exterior painting, touch-ups, and surface maintenance for residential properties to preserve aesthetics and property value.
Job Overview: Maintain the aesthetic condition, overall image, and property value of Wilby Residences through timely painting and surface maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
Daily Painting Operations: Carry out touch-ups, full unit painting, and surface protection; clear daily work orders and manage tenant requests.
Safety & Maintenance: Keep paint containers tightly sealed, maintain job-site housekeeping, and lock up tools at the end of each workday.
Workplace Coordination: Liaise with supervisors regarding water seepage issues; notify tenants before starting scheduled works.
Inventory & Quality: Monitor paint/tool stock levels, conduct monthly storage safety checks, and inspect completed works for quality assurance.
Requirements:
Prior experience in residential or commercial painting and basic surface maintenance.
Knowledge of painting equipment, safety procedures, and fire safety compliance in storage areas.
Strong communication skills to coordinate with tenants, team members, and external vendors.
Punctual, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
