Injection Operator
Summary
Operates and maintains injection molding machines to produce plastic components, inspects product quality, and follows safety and 5S workplace standards.
1.Prepare materials according to production instructions, upper and lower molds and operate injection molding machine.
2.Ensure proper operation of all molds and equipment during production and transfer.
3.Conduct product quality inspection and process research to ensure that the operation meets the existing specifications.
4. Ensure that all production equipment is routinely cleaned, spot checked and maintained .
5.Implement online quality control to ensure product quality.
6.Strictly implement the site safety production specifications and wear corresponding labor protection articles to ensure safe production.
7.Follow the 5S management requirements and standards of the company and departments, and do a good job in the on-site 5S work.
8.Other work assigned by the leader.
