Our Inn Hosts are the first and lasting impression of the property, embodying warmth, attentiveness, and quiet confidence.
We are seeking an Inn Host who understands that true hospitality is intuitive, personal, and grounded in genuine human connection.
The Role
The Inn Host serves as a gracious guide for our guests from arrival through departure. You will anticipate needs, offer thoughtful assistance, and ensure each guest feels both cared for and at ease. This role requires emotional intelligence, attention to detail, and a natural ability to make others feel at home.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with warmth, composure, and sincerity
- Manage arrivals and departures with ease and efficiency
- Serve as a knowledgeable point of contact for the Inn and Santa Fe
- Anticipate guest needs and respond with thoughtful, timely solutions
- Coordinate closely with housekeeping, dining, and management
- Uphold the Inn's standards of beauty, calm, and discretion
- Maintain an environment that feels effortless, refined, and personal
- Support Spa Reception as needed with the same refined approach and gracious hospitality
Who You Are
- A natural host who takes pride in caring for others
- Calm, observant, and composed especially during busy moments
- Attentive to detail and sensitive to nuance
- Experienced in boutique or luxury hospitality (preferred, not required)
- A clear communicator with warmth and emotional intelligence
- Someone who understands that luxury is felt, not announced
