Innovation Engineer – Full Stack (.NET & React)
The Innovation Lab at ADI Distribution is not an experimental unit - it is a transformation engine, built to deliver unique technological solutions that reshape how the company operates. Every solution created here is designed for the specific challenges of the B2B distribution and eCommerce business - built from scratch, tailored, and deeply aware of the context in which it must operate.
We are looking for an Innovation Full Stack Engineer - .NET & React who translates business requirements into high-quality front-end and back-end functionality, and is comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment. Someone with strong problem-solving abilities, deep technical knowledge, and the drive to mentor others and collaborate closely with product owners.
JOB DUTIES:
- Translate business requirements into concrete technical models and deliver high-quality front-end and back-end functionality
- Develop, test, and maintain web applications and integrations
- Build and maintain backend services and APIs while supporting front-end teams with reliable, scalable data integrations
- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security
- Consume and integrate with both internal and third-party APIs and services
- Collaborate with designers, digital product owners, and developers to deliver high-quality solutions
- Write clean, maintainable, well-documented code following best practices
- Participate in code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure application reliability
- Mentor other developers and stay current with emerging tools, technologies, and industry trends
YOU MUST HAVE:
- Minimum 6 years of experience developing web applications
- Strong proficiency with React, Redux, and JavaScript
- Strong proficiency with C#, ASP.NET, and SQL
- Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal oversight
- Experience mentoring other developers and contributing to team growth
- Proven track record of delivering complex, cross-functional digital initiatives
WE VALUE:
- Cloud experience: Azure (preferred), AWS, or GCP
- Experience implementing eCommerce solutions
- Exposure to Optimizely Configured Commerce
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Curiosity and a willingness to work hands-on with the team to solve problems
- An experimental, innovative mindset
Self-starter with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
