What You'll Do:

- Partner with appropriate teams to maintain reporting, dashboards, KPIs, and decision-support tools.
- Identify trends, opportunities, and risks that improve business performance and customer outcomes.
- Support leadership with data-driven recommendations and strategic analysis.
- Lead stewardship of enterprise agronomic and operational data repositories.
- Establish standards, governance practices, and processes that improve data quality, accessibility, consistency, and integrity for the innovation farms.
- Enable seamless integration and movement of field data across business systems and platforms.
- Partner with field operations, retail, and agronomy teams to optimize digital workflows and operational processes.
- Identify opportunities to streamline work execution, reduce manual processes, and improve consistency across locations.
- Support development of digital supply chain capabilities through integrated data and workflow solutions at the innovation farms.
- Improve transparency from field activity through fulfillment, reconciliation, and performance measurement.
- Support enterprise trial and innovation programs through data collection, analysis, and insight generation.
- Evaluate emerging technologies, digital capabilities, and operational improvement opportunities.
- Translate trial results and field learnings into scalable business solutions and best practices.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, profitability, and customer value.
- Build strong partnerships across Agronomy, Operations, Supply Chain, Fleet, Digital, Sales, and IT teams.
- Serve as a trusted advisor on field trial design, data enablement, and operational improvement opportunities.
- Lead change management, communication, training, and adoption efforts that maximize business value from digital investments.
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 8+ years of experience.
- Experience with QGIC and SMS required
- Project management experience preferred.
- Certified Crop Advisor (CCA) certification and Current pesticide application license preferred.
- Internal applicants may be considered in lieu of meeting minimum education and/or experience requirements.
