We're looking for an ambitious and forward-thinking colleague to lead innovation across Calor and play a key role in shaping how we leverage emerging technologies, data and Artificial Intelligence to improve the way we work.

Reporting directly to the Chief Transformation & Information Officer, this is a unique opportunity to influence business strategy, drive transformational change, and help position Calor at the forefront of technological innovation.

As Innovation Manager, you will lead the development of our innovation roadmap, identify opportunities to deliver business value through new technologies, and champion the adoption of AI and digital solutions across the organisation.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys challenging the status quo, turning ideas into action, and working with colleagues across the business to deliver meaningful change.

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading the development and delivery of Calor's innovation strategy and roadmap.
• Shaping and driving the adoption of AI across the business in partnership with our Group colleagues.
• Identifying emerging technologies and evaluating how they can improve customer experience, operational efficiency and employee productivity.
• Managing innovation projects from concept through to implementation.
• Working with stakeholders across all business functions to identify opportunities for digital transformation.
• Facilitating innovation workshops, idea-generation sessions and innovation challenges.
• Building strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to accelerate innovation.
• Leading and developing a team of Data Scientists and an AI Solutions Engineer.
• Supporting colleagues across the business through training, communication and change management activities to ensure successful technology adoption.

What We're Looking For

We're keen to hear from colleagues who have:

• Experience leading change, transformation, technology or innovation initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• The ability to think strategically while delivering practical business outcomes.
• A passion for emerging technologies, particularly AI, automation and data-driven solutions.
• Experience developing business cases, managing projects and delivering measurable value.
• The confidence to engage with senior leaders and challenge thinking where appropriate.

You may currently work in IT, Data & Analytics, Transformation, Business Improvement, Project Delivery or another area where you've developed experience of driving change and improvement.
