Salary: £24,000 - 60,000 per year

Requirements:
  • We are looking for someone with an interest in technology, disruption and problem solving.
  • Demonstrated experience researching, evaluating and piloting AI technologies and data integration platforms to solve business problems, working cross-functionally across technology, change and compliance teams.
  • Familiarity with integration tools such as Boomi, MCPs, orchestration layers, or low-code/no-code platforms such as PowerApps and CoPilot.
  • Experience in a law firm or professional services environment.
  • Proven experience working with workflow and automation technology.
  • Evidence of picking up new technologies and becoming a subject matter expert in them.
  • Evidence of senior stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to quickly pick up and understand new technologies.
  • Comfortable engaging with people and leading client-facing conversations.
  • Experience managing and accepting failure, and developing resolution plans to evolve solutions.

Responsibilities:
  • We will have you spearhead initiatives to explore, pilot and integrate existing and new AI technologies within the firm, working closely with ITS, Change, and Risk & Compliance teams.
  • We will have you explore data integration opportunities using platforms such as Boomi, investigate the potential of Model Context Protocols and orchestration layers, and develop a broader awareness of how tools such as PowerApps and CoPilot can be leveraged within our existing platforms including HighQ, Legora and ContractExpress.
  • We will have you engage with stakeholders across these functions to identify and understand business needs and use cases for AI, data integrations, orchestration layers and platform enhancements in legal service delivery.
  • We will have you research, evaluate and pilot new tools and initiatives to pursue better ways of working, enhance service delivery and improve operational efficiency.
  • We will have you stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI and adjacent technologies, conduct thorough research and proof-of-concept exercises, and foster a culture of innovation and experimentation.
  • We will have you work alongside OCS and ITS leads to guide the firm through the transformative potential of these technologies, ensuring solutions are practical, scalable and impactful.
  • We will have you regularly engage with and demonstrate solutions to OC colleagues, support the production of case studies and marketing material, and speak at relevant events and conferences.
  • We will have you research, evaluate and pilot new AI tools, data integration solutions, orchestration layers, and platform capabilities to explore how these technologies can enhance the delivery of legal services and integrate with existing tools.
  • We will have you collaborate with ITS, Change, and Risk & Compliance teams to identify use cases, run proof-of-concept pilots, and drive adoption of successful solutions across the firm.
  • We will have you champion cross-functional piloting initiatives, coordinating with stakeholders to test and iterate on new AI-driven ways of working, data integration approaches and platform enhancements, and build the business case for wider rollout.
  • We will have you oversee and manage the delivery of solutions to client and OC teams, enabling adoption of the solutions.
  • We will have you manage and contribute to the build of the resulting solutions through configuration of the OC technology stack, use of OCS coding tools, and development of automated documents for client and/or OC use.
  • We will have you ensure solutions are thoroughly tested, including with clients, and plan and manage a roadmap of iterative changes and improvements.
  • We will have you actively participate in the teams product development process, including client feedback sessions.
  • We will have you act as a brand ambassador for Osborne Clarke Solutions at all times.
