ヤンセンファーマ株式会社 Supply Chain East Japan DCでは、Warehouse & Distribution Staffを募集しています。
本ポジションは、医薬品の入出荷・保管管理業務を担うだけでなく、各種法令およびJ&Jの品質・コンプライアンス要件を遵守しながら、Global Deliverの一員として業務改善やプロジェクトを主体的に参画し、中長期的なDC戦略の実現に貢献いただきます。業務委託先や社内外のステークホルダーと連携しながら、業務プロセスの最適化、品質向上、生産性向上に取り組み、継続的改善（CIP）を推進していただきます。
主な責務：
- 特殊医薬品の保管・管理、入荷、出荷業務全般
- 各種法令・規制への準拠および監査対応
- 業務委託先（3PL）の管理およびパフォーマンス向上の推進
- Commercial、Supply Chainのステークホルダーとの連携強化および協働関係の構築
- Supply ChainおよびDeliver関連プロジェクトの推進・サポート
- ディストリビューションセンターの業務効率化、品質向上、生産性向上に向けた改善施策の立案・実行
- ミスや問題発生時の原因分析、是正・予防措置の立案、実施および定着化
- 中長期的なDC戦略の実現に向け、市場動向や業界動向も踏まえた継続的改善（CIP）および業務改善施策の推進
学歴：
- 大学卒業以上
推奨事項：
- 薬剤師資格保持
- SAP使用経験
- フォークリフト操作経験
- システム導入経験
経験とスキル:
- Logistics Professionalとして物流プロセスに関する知識を有すること、または専門知識の習得・向上に意欲的に取り組めること
- 社内外の関係者と積極的に連携し、協働を通じて成果創出に向けて主体的に行動できること
- 顧客や取引先との信頼関係を構築し、適切かつプロフェッショナルな対応ができること
- コンプライアンスおよび品質の重要性を理解し、各種法令・規制や社内ルールを遵守しながら業務を遂行できること
- Microsoft Office（Excel、Word、PowerPoint等）を業務で活用できること
- 自ら課題を発見し、論理的な分析に基づき解決策を立案・実行できること
- 関係者を巻き込みながら、改善活動やプロジェクトを主体的に推進できること
- 新しい取り組みに前向きに挑戦し、自律的に行動できること（Self-starter）
- 以下①または②のいずれかに該当すること
①サプライチェーン関連業務の経験
②製薬業界または医薬品卸業での業務経験
