ROLE_DESCRIPTION -

• 7–15 years of experience in software engineering.
• Strong experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), including AEM 6.5 and AEM as a Cloud Service.
• Experience with AEM migration and cloud modernization is strongly preferred.
• Strong backend development experience in Java, Spring, and Spring Boot.
• Experience designing and implementing REST APIs and enterprise integrations.
• Proficiency in React and TypeScript.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL.
• Experience with JPA/Hibernate and data modeling.
• Familiarity with Docker and containerized deployments.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and deliver production-ready solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AEM migration to Cloud Service Exposure to AI/ML concepts, including LLMs, embeddings, vector search, RAG, and AI agents/skills Experience integrating model APIs and external AI services Python proficiency is good to have Familiarity with microservices architecture Skills

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) solutions, including AEM 6.5 and AEM as a Cloud Service.
• Lead AEM modernization and migration efforts from AEM 6.5 to AEM as a Cloud Service.
• Develop and maintain Java/Spring Boot services and REST APIs used by marketing technology platforms.
• Collaborate with product and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Build modern frontend experiences using React and TypeScript.
• Ensure performance, scalability, security, and production readiness of applications.
• Work with databases, APIs, and integrations to support enterprise marketing workflows.
• Contribute to architecture reviews, engineering best practices, and technical decision-making.
• Support AI-enabled product initiatives, including LLMs, RAG, agentic workflows, and integration with external AI services.
