A local direct mail company is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Inserter Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience operating mail inserting equipment and can work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and quality.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor mail inserter machines for direct mail production.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and make routine adjustments to maintain production efficiency.
• Hand-stuff envelopes with letters, stationery, and other mailing materials as needed.
• Operate additional production equipment, including cutters, stamping machines, and letter openers.
• Perform quality control checks to ensure mailing accuracy and product quality.
• Verify mailing materials, quantities, and finished products against job specifications.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Meet production deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
• Assist with other warehouse and production duties as needed.
