Position Summary
The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for supporting customer relationships, generating sales, and ensuring a high level of service within the branch. This role works closely with contractors, electricians, and internal teams to provide product solutions, process orders, and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Process sales orders, quotes, and returns accurately and efficiently
- Provide product recommendations and technical support on electrical supplies
- Proactively follow up on quotes to convert opportunities into sales
- Collaborate with outside sales and warehouse teams to meet customer needs
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person
- Support branch operations and contribute to overall sales targets
