Inside Account Manager (73381)

Position Summary

The Inside Account Manager is responsible for driving incremental revenue by converting existing opportunities that fall outside of the field sales team's primary focus. This role partners closely with Operations and the Sales Team to identify upsell opportunities, execute targeted marketing campaigns, and proactively sell services to existing clients. The Inside Account Manager serves as the bridge between Operations, Marketing, and Sales to maximize revenue from our current customer base.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Generate revenue through proactive outbound sales efforts.
  • Follow up on dormant opportunities.
  • Re-engage existing customers.
  • Sell additional services into current customer accounts.
  • Identify low-hanging fruit opportunities not requiring a field sales representative.

Daily Operations Partnership

  • Meet with Operations daily to identify customer requests, additional scope, deferred work, safety items, repairs, waterproofing, window cleaning, pressure washing, metal restoration, glass restoration, parking garage cleaning, and specialty services.
  • Track every lead until closed.

Email & Marketing Campaigns

  • Execute seasonal promotions, budget planning campaigns, preventative maintenance reminders, proposal follow-ups, customer reactivation campaigns, new service announcements, and cross-selling campaigns.
  • Follow every campaign with outbound phone calls.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Build relationships with existing clients.
  • Conduct routine account check-ins.
  • Coordinate site walks with sales team and partner with field sales on larger opportunities.

Salesforce Management

  • Maintain CRM accuracy, create opportunities, track proposals, manage follow-ups, and report pipeline weekly.
