ABOUT THE ROLE

As our Inside Sales Representative, you'll support sales of iM3's veterinary dental imaging line from inside the team. You'll be the main contact for customers and distribution partners, answering product questions, building quotes, and recommending the equipment that fits each clinic. The best candidates build rapport quickly, listen closely, and are motivated by hitting their targets. You'll represent a company trusted by veterinary dentists worldwide for over 30 years.

  • 401(k) with a company match of up to 3%.
  • One week of paid vacation, available after your first year.
  • Paid sick leave.
  • 9 paid holidays plus 1 floating holiday.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Process orders and support customers

  • Support distribution partners and their customers with product questions, quotes, and order follow-up.

Build relationships and recommend solutions

  • Build and maintain strong business relationships with customers and partners.
  • Learn the needs of each clinic and recommend the iM3 products and services that fit.
  • Become the go-to expert on the iM3 product line, especially digital dental imaging.

Deliver results and stay current

  • Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual company sales targets.
  • Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events to stay current on products, market trends, and competitors.

Represent iM3 at events

  • Help organize trade shows and hands-on labs.

IMAGING EQUIPMENT & RADIATION SAFETY

This position works around digital imaging equipment, including digital X-ray generators. Our systems contain no radioactive cores and emit radiation only during an exposure, and we follow strict safety protocols at all times. To meet regulatory and workplace safety requirements, all staff wear a radiation monitoring badge whenever they work near imaging equipment.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Required

  • Willingness to work independently.

Preferred

  • Experience in veterinary dental imaging.
  • Outside sales experience, ideally in a related industry.
  • Sales training or certifications.

HOW YOU'LL WORK

  • Teamwork – Balance team and individual responsibilities, stay open to others' views, and give and welcome feedback.
  • Professionalism – Approach others tactfully, stay composed under pressure, and follow through on commitments.
  • Quality – Work accurately and thoroughly, and apply feedback to keep improving.
  • Productivity – Meet productivity standards and complete work efficiently and on time.
  • Safety & Security – Follow safety procedures, report unsafe conditions, and use equipment and materials properly.
  • Adaptability – Manage competing demands and handle changes, delays, or unexpected events.
  • Attendance & Punctuality – Arrive on time for meetings and appointments and make sure responsibilities are covered when absent.
