Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Inside Part Sales representative to join our team in Dallas, TX. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers with their parts needs, providing product information, and ensuring timely and accurate order processing.

Responsibilities

• Process orders accurately and efficiently using company systems.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product lines and inventory.
• Collaborate with warehouse and shipping departments to ensure timely delivery of parts.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Assist in resolving customer issues and complaints professionally and promptly.
• Support sales team with administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications a plus.
• Previous experience in parts sales, automotive, or related industry preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with computers and experience using sales/order processing software.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer service oriented with a positive attitude.
