Our Sales Coordinators responsible for scheduling perspective clients that request service through company lead generation efforts. This individual will be responsible for building trust and scheduling perspective clients for a time that is convenient for their schedule.

Responsibilities
What Will I Do?
- Previous direct consumer sales experience, preferably phone sales
- Strong phone and communication skills
- Understands and has experience in a commission only position
- Must be able to work 5 Days a week with Saturdays preferred as part of the 5-day schedule
- Shift: Flexible work schedule
- Maintains a daily log of calls and which department & type of call
- Maintains a daily sold log to cross reference Service Titan
- Constant communication with department managers to find the biggest areas of need and missed opportunities
- Logs which technician or salespersons are receiving the most revenue recovery
- Keep a log and report any issues the client has, document through a task for the department manager if action is needed
Qualifications
Do I Have What It Takes?
- A minimum of 2 years cold calling experience
- Multi-tasking abilities
- Proficient outbound phone skills
- Proficient written and computer skills
- Highly self-motivated with a drive to succeed
