- Qualify and advance approved opportunities by validating customer needs, scope, budget, and timelines.
- Engage with customers to understand business priorities and identify key stakeholders.
- Partner with account managers and internal teams to drive opportunity progression.
- Identify expansion opportunities and support solution growth.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure timely follow-up on active opportunities.
- Help improve pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and deal conversion.
