Warhorse Rentals, Five Star Equipment's light construction and aerial equipment rental division, is looking for a driven, customer-focused Inside Rental Coordinator to help launch our new stand-alone Victor location.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

• Guide telephone and walk-in customers to the right aerial, construction, or industrial equipment.
• Prepare accurate rental quotes and orders, follow up consistently, and convert opportunities into rentals.
• Coordinate with outside rental sales, dispatch, and the branch team to support timely equipment delivery and pickup.
• Maintain customer records, rental contracts, and transaction activity in company systems.
• Recommend complementary equipment, attachments, and services while delivering responsive, professional support.
