Role Title: Inside Sales

Mission

  • Facilitate optimal revenue levels through timely and accurate communication support for the outside sales team.
  • Provide direct customer service and house account management.
  • Coordinate effectively with operations to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction.

Roles & Objectives:

  • Initiate or coordinate customer contact with the sales team
  • Serve as point of contact for order entry, customer identification, customer qualification, and credit establishment
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive product knowledge
  • Distribute price pages, templates, and quotes
  • Communicate and coordinate price levels with customers and the sales team
  • Qualify new accounts from a financial and credit perspective
  • Structure, analyze, and enter job information for quoting purposes
  • Act as liaison between customers and manufacturing facilities, providing timely and accurate information
  • Support the estimator in job quote entry
  • Maintain the status of early stage potential jobs and current jobs
  • Run reports out of the ERP system
  • Manage clients’ competing priorities and determine appropriate prioritization
