Inside Sales Account Manager-Bloomfield, CT (48172)

Headquartered in Congers, NY with offices in Bloomfield, CT, and Guilford, CT., we provide field communications and services to many of the public safety and commercial users in these areas. These include but are not limited to Police, Fire, County, School Districts, School Buses, and Transportation companies.

Job Summary

We are seeking an inside sales representative to interface with current customers and new prospects through telephone and in-office face-to-face meetings to sell products and services in the Connecticut area.

Primary Responsibilities

• Responsible for regular call frequency with assigned customers to maintain customer relationships and increase sales.
• Manage all expiring lease agreements.
• Manage all expiring maintenance agreements.
• Contact with customers targeted by email initiatives.
• Provide support to outside sales personnel, when necessary.
• Assist with inbound phone orders from new and existing customers.
• Create quotes working with a technician.
• Update our CRM (HubSpot) daily.
