Inside Sales Agent – Home Services (Remote, Latin America). Full-time, remote. Candidate must be based in Latin America, working 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM US Central Time, Monday–Friday.
Gateway Home Co. is a home services holding company launching a water filtration brand serving homeowners in the St. Louis area. We're hiring a full-time remote Inside Sales Agent to turn inbound leads into booked appointments.
Responsibilities:
- Call every new inbound lead within 5 minutes — speed is everything
- Book free in-home water tests with qualified homeowners
- Follow up persistently by phone, SMS, and email until the lead books or opts out
- Confirm appointments the day before to reduce no-shows
- Log every interaction and outcome in our CRM
Requirements:
- 2+ years of phone sales experience in HOME SERVICES (HVAC, plumbing, roofing, solar, pest control, remodeling, water treatment, etc.) — required
- Based in Latin America; available 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM US Central Time, Monday–Friday
- Excellent spoken English — must sound natural and conversational on the phone with American homeowners
- Proven track record of hitting call-volume and appointment-setting targets
- Reliable high-speed internet, quiet workspace, and a quality headset
Compensation: Monthly base salary plus a bonus for every appointment that shows up. Top performers earn well above base.
