What You Will Do
- Assist customers with phone and walk-in (will-call) sales of HVAC parts and supplies—no cold calling required.
- Receive and process customer requests for quotes, orders, pricing, and lead times via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Follow up on quotations and pricing requests to provide outstanding customer service.
- Coordinate with manufacturers to obtain current lead times and delivery information.
- Partner with our Outside Sales team to ensure customers receive prompt, accurate, and professional service.
- Educate customers on product features, applications, and solutions to help meet their business needs.
- Build long-term customer relationships through responsiveness, product knowledge, and dependable service.
