Inside Sales Closer
Description
About 805title
805title is a California-licensed title insurance company built on one belief: real estate professionals deserve a title partner that actually shows up.
We protect transactions. We support agents. We raise the standard of care across every market we operate in.
We are not a company hoping things work out. We are growing, we are profitable, and we are expanding aggressively across California. That expansion requires people who know how to open doors.
This Is a Phone Role. You Will Hear No More Than Yes.
If that sentence made you hesitate, this role is not for you.
If it made you lean in, keep reading.
The Mission of This Role
Your job is to generate new business opportunities for 805title by initiating outbound conversations with real estate agents and referral partners across California who have never done business with us.
You are not managing existing relationships. There is no warm list. You will build pipeline from zero through consistent, professional outreach across phone, text, email, and social media.
This role is designed to build real sales skill. Discipline and consistency come before autonomy. That is not a punishment. That is the path.
What You Will Do Every Day
Execute outbound calls, texts, and messages to real estate agents across 805title's California markets
Follow structured outreach cadences without needing to be reminded
Qualify prospects using our internal framework and log every activity in CRM accurately
Move relationships from cold to warm to active referral partner
Participate fully in coaching sessions and apply feedback immediately
Show up at the same level on a bad day as on a good one
How We Measure You
We do not measure effort. We measure output.
Daily outbound activity: calls, conversations, and follow-ups
Qualified pipeline created: 3, 4, and 5-star opportunities
Prospect progression through the pipeline
Consistency over time, not spikes
Volume without quality does not move your career forward here.
What We Are Looking For
You do not need a background in title insurance. You need a background in sales where you were responsible for generating your own leads.
Backgrounds that transfer well: fitness sales, pharma, payroll, staffing, SaaS, B2B prospecting, or any role where you had to build a book from nothing.
What is non-negotiable:
At least 1 year of sales experience with real outbound responsibility
Comfort initiating conversations with people who were not expecting your call
A track record of showing up consistently when results are slow
The ability to receive direct feedback and implement it without ego
What You Will Not Find Here
A warm lead list handed to you on day one
Autonomy before it has been earned
A culture where presence counts as performance
Patience for inconsistency
Compensation
Base salary plus commission
Performance bonuses tied to activity, pipeline quality, and new customer conversion
Transparent metrics so you always know exactly where you stand and what it takes to earn more
Career Path
Inside Sales Closers who demonstrate consistent outbound execution, strong pipeline progression, and emotional discipline under pressure move into:
Hybrid inside and outside Account Executive roles
Full Outside Account Executive positions
Senior AE or market expansion roles
Growth here is based on performance and readiness. Not tenure. Not personality. Production.
Who Should Not Apply
If you need a slow ramp, constant motivation, or prefer managing existing relationships over building new ones, this is not the right role. We will both waste each other's time.
Who Should Apply
If you are wired to compete, you do not take rejection personally, you can sustain consistent effort without immediate reward, and you are ready to build a real sales career with a company that is expanding aggressively across California, apply now.
We review every application. We move fast.
