Job Description

• Position Title: Inside Sales Coordinator
• Working Location: Tanjong Penjuru (Transportation provided)
• Working Hours: 5 days (Mon – Fri, 8:30 AM – 5:30 AM)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + Performance Bonus
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Offer essential administrative support to the sales team, managing accurate customer records and processing orders efficiently.
• Facilitate seamless coordination of sales activities by liaising with various departments and ensuring timely follow-ups on customer inquiries.
• Track and monitor customer orders, shipments, forecasts, and demand trends to optimize sales processes.
• Ensure prompt and precise delivery of products and services, maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, serving as their primary contact for sales and order related matters.
• Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies and initiatives to drive business growth.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Minimum Secondary / Pre-U / A-Level / College qualification in any field.
• Strong administrative, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Able to coordinate sales orders, shipments, customer enquiries, and follow-ups accurately.
• Team player who can work effectively across departments.
• Able to adapt quickly and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Candidates with no prior experience may also be considered; training will be provided.
