Job Summary

Support sales team operations by processing sample requests, managing quality follow-ups, handling purchase order confirmations, and maintaining accurate customer and product records.

Responsibilities

• Process sample requests and update customer accounts using CRM to ensure timely and accurate information flow
• Assist with Failure Analysis by following up on quality reports to support product reliability
• Manage NCNR (Non-Cancelable, Non-Returnable) forms and resolve backlog issues to maintain order accuracy
• Update cross-reference files and customer portals to provide current product information
• Confirm purchase orders within 48 hours to support efficient order processing
• Upload product change notifications and chemical compliance documents to maintain regulatory compliance
• Track credit and rebill approvals and update lead times to ensure accurate billing and delivery schedules
• Provide general administrative support to facilitate smooth sales and customer service operations

Requirements

• Diploma or GCE ‘A’ Level and above
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or customer service.
• Electronics industry experience is an advantages.
