Monday-Friday: 9.00 AM - 6.15 PM

Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers within the manufacturing industry.
- Introduce the company's products and services to generate qualified leads for the sales team.
- Identify potential business opportunities and gather relevant customer information.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to support lead generation initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and lead information.
- Build professional relationships with prospective customers through effective communication.
- Participate in training programmes to develop product knowledge and business development skills.
- Contribute to achieving individual and team performance targets.
Requirements
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level qualification.
- No prior working experience is required; fresh graduates and entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.
- Comfortable speaking with different types of customers over the phone.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, proactive, and willing to learn.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
