Inside Sales / Customer Service

Location: Danville, Virginia
Pay: $18.00–$19.00 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday

Max Tool is looking for a friendly, dependable, and motivated Inside Sales / Customer Service Representative to join our Danville, Virginia team! This position is a great fit for someone who enjoys working with customers, staying organized, and being part of a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers by phone and email with orders, pricing, product availability, and general questions
• Enter and process customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Prepare quotes and follow up with customers as needed
• Work closely with outside sales representatives to support customer accounts
• Help resolve customer concerns and ensure a positive customer experience
• Maintain accurate customer and order information
• Communicate with vendors and internal departments regarding orders and product availability
• Perform general office and administrative duties as needed

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Friendly, professional, and dependable
• Comfortable working with computers and learning new systems
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Previous customer service, inside sales, or office experience preferred
• Industrial supply or tooling experience is a plus, but not required
