Inside Sales Executive (Construction/Building Material)

• Position : Inside Sales Executive (Construction/Building Material)
• Location : Boon Lay Way (Nearest MRT: Jurong East)
• Working hours : Monday to Friday | 8.30am to 5.30pm
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Gross of up to $4,500 or more (Basic Salary Up to $3,500 + Average commission of $1000 or more) + AWS + Variable Bonus + Up to 24 days Annual Leaves + Medical Benefits
• Duration : Permanent
• Industry : Manufacturing / Construction

Main Responsibilities:

• Promote company products to existing and new customers – Warm leads given
• Prepare quotations and follow up on customer enquiries
• Build and maintain good relationships with customers
• Coordinate with internal teams on orders, delivery and customer requests
• Follow up on order status and support smooth order fulfilment
• Handle customer feedback, complaints or claims when required
• Assist with sales reports and other sales support duties
• Attending to customer on sites when required

Requirements:

• Diploma in Building or related field (preferred with Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience.
• Existing network of contacts with Interior Designers, Architects, Developers, and Builders is an advantage
• Possess class 3 driving license – Company Transport provided
