Inside Sales - French Market

The challenge

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a key role in accelerating Plenit's growth by acquiring and activating new technology partners across your assigned market. Your mission will be to identify, engage, qualify, and close IT companies that want to expand their business through cloud services offered under their own brand.

Unlike traditional software sales roles, you will not be selling directly to end customers. Instead, you will work with MSPs, IT resellers, system integrators, distributors, and other technology companies looking for a trusted cloud platform that enables them to build recurring revenue streams and deliver value-added services to their customers.

You will manage the entire commercial process, from prospecting and qualification through product demonstrations, negotiations, closing, and initial partner ramp-up. Your objective will be to understand each prospect's business model, identify where Plenit's solutions can create value, and build a compelling commercial case for partnership.

This is a highly commercial and consultative role that requires a balance between new business generation and deal execution. You will be expected not only to generate opportunities but also to guide partners through their decision-making process and successfully convert them into active Plenit partners.

You will work closely with Marketing, Partner Success, Product, and Pre-Sales teams, ensuring prospects receive a consistent experience throughout their journey and that newly acquired partners are successfully onboarded and prepared for growth.

Success in this role requires a combination of strong prospecting skills, consultative selling capabilities, commercial discipline, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where performance and growth are highly valued.
